Whether you are a for-profit or nonprofit entity, you must build, nurture and extend your brand. Still answering these 3 questions in 30 seconds matters today more than ever – Who are you? What do you do? Why should I care? Most emphasis should be placed on the third question.
Do you have a positioning statement? That is a statement about your organization that lists your key message(s). Consider your message(s) as your core value(s) (read #2 in the article above). In a future post, we will share with you a template to help you create your positioning statement.
